Most rip, tear, or break on their first trip. I am worn out of damaged luggage & cheap stuff that doesn't survive a week long trip to a foreign country. I found this Travel Pro line at a actual luggage store on the recommendation of a mate. I am impressed with the wear & tear it's absorbed on 8 journeys in months to over four countries. I have not yet tried to make use of travelpro luggage as a over on, so with all the banging around travelpro luggage does with the bags handlers & airport transfers, I am impressed with the quality of the materials.
