Amazon touts as a feature that a removable system of folding clothes is included in this model. It is not so! For the first time we ordered it, we assumed that travelpro luggage was the missing part, and worked to exchange travelpro luggage for a new one. I LOVE customer service Amazon. For as many problems as travelpro luggage was, was at least trouble, I could probably have survived to this type of issue. However, the second came, and travelpro luggage was the same thing! We were confused because other sites are also mentioned in their reviews a travelpro luggage that Walkabout Lite 3-Series come with this feature. Finally, it took me staring Directory of repairs to get the real facts. The bottom line is that this size is not included in the series that added feature. (Even the label on the item will leave you to believe that it would be there when you open the bag up!) Based on the fact that I decided to switch to 22 "" size, which makes this function and returned to 20 "." However, if this particular model does not have that function is a fantastic case, however, if you want something smaller than 22 "" and do not care about the costume of a system of folding, and that's why I still give it 5 stars .
